Terms and Conditions of Sale

By purchasing books from Voice to Print Publishing ("Seller"), you ("Buyer') agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Sales in Arizona are subject to Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) based on

the shipping address or location of sale.

Payment is accepted via Credit Card and must be received in full before shipment.

Orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days.

Shipping costs are additional and paid by the buyer.

Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

Thank you so much for supporting my book! I truly appreciate every reader.

Because each copy is carefully prepared and shipped, I’m only able to accept returns if the book was damaged during shipping.

If your book was damaged in transit, I’m happy to help make it right. Please follow these simple steps:

Email me at within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the damage (both the book and the packaging, if possible).

Once I’ve reviewed the photos, I will gladly offer:

Returns or refunds cannot be offered for reasons other than shipping damage (such as change of mind or ordering the wrong item).
Minor cosmetic imperfections (like slight corner bends) that do not affect readability may not qualify for replacement.

My goal is for you to enjoy your reading experience, so if there’s a genuine shipping issue, I’ll do my best to fix it quickly and fairly.
